From there you will choose a date, time and location of where you'd like us to deliver the surprise. Please be sure that the address #, city, state and zip code is accurate. If it is a business, the business name should be stated on the booking form.

Now that you have picked a telegram package; it is time to choose a song. We have a list of the most popular and requested songs to make your process easier. If you have a song in mind we'd love to see if that song can be supported. If you are choosing a character telegram check our character
list below.

Submit Form
To book your singing telegram; fill out our booking form. This will help us get all the information needed to successfully deliver the surprise. Once the form is submitted, you must pay for your service on order for your service to be confirmed. In the event we can not accommodate we will notify you via email and a full refund will be returned to the original form of payment.

Payment Confirmed
Upon payment of your service you will receive a confirmation email to the email address we have on file from the booking form. Any and all communication or changes will be directed to that email.

Let The Surprise Begin
Whether you will be present or not; we will keep in close contact with you to make sure you know each step leading up to the surprise. Our booking admin will contact or text the client by telephone with updates leading up to the surprise. You will know exactly where your vocalist is in their traveling process up until the completion of the singing surprise.

A successful singing surprise has been delivered to your loved one.
